These terms characterize this design. The wall unit, over the entire length of the house, offers all possibilities for a practical interior design to carry through your personal wishes. The wall unit combined with an efficient core consisting facilities results in a large living area. Hidden sliding doors increase the flexibility of the loft. The resident determines how the space will be used.

The office building at Junostraat in the Hague is up for renewal and will be reused in job lots, housing and other functions. The design is a proposal for a lot of 65m2 on the second floor and shows how you can create a spacial home with few square meters.
